The Daily Mail reports: An area twice the size of Alaska - America's biggest state - was open water two years ago and is now covered in ice. Stunning satellite images show summer ice cap is thicker and covers 1.7million square kilometres MORE than 2 years ago...despite Al Gore's prediction it would be ICE-FREE by now.

Seven years after former US Vice-President Al Gore's warning, arctic ice cap has expanded for second year in row

Satellite images taken from University of Illinois's Cryosphere project show ice has become more concentrated.

Hot Lies

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology has been caught red-handed manipulating temperature data to show "global warming" where none actually exists.

At Amberley, Queensland, for example, the data at a weather station showing 1 degree Celsius cooling per century was "homogenized" (adjusted) by the Bureau so that it instead showed a 2.5 degrees warming per century.

Beat Whitey

A rural Mississippi man suffered life-threatening injuries and required brain surgery after he entered a Waffle House despite receiving a warning not to enter the restaurant because of the color of his skin.  Up to 20 assailants participated.

Black Cop - White Kid

On the surface, the cases appear nearly identical: Michael Brown and Dillon Taylor, two young, unarmed men with sketchy criminal pasts shot to death by police officers two days apart.

But while the world knows of the highly publicized situation involving 18-year-old Mr. Brown, whose Aug. 9 death in Ferguson, Missouri touched off violence, protests and an angry national debate, most people outside Utah have never heard of 20-year-old Mr. Taylor.

Critics say there’s a reason for the discrepancy in media coverage: race. Mr. Brown was black and the officer who shot him was white. Mr. Taylor wasn't black — he’s been described as white and Hispanic — and the officer who shot him Aug. 11 outside a 7-Eleven in South Salt Lake wasn't white.

The perceived double standard is fueling resentment and talk of double standards on conservative talk radio and social media, where the website Twitchy has compiled a list of Twitter comments asking why Mr. Brown’s death has been front-page news for weeks while Mr. Taylor’s was a footnote at best.

“Black cop kills unarmed white male #DillonTaylor in Utah,” says a Thursday post on Twitter by radio talk-show host Wayne Dupree, who is black. “#LiberalMedia can’t find [their] way to cover the story.”

Ferguson

It appears many public figures are bracing the community for the possibility that Officer Darren Wilson will not be charged with murder. Evidence continues to mount that he was attacked and severely beaten by Brown only minutes after the teen robbed a convenience store Aug. 9.Read more

Of hundreds arrested during the riots and looting only 7 were local Ferguson residents. Inne rzeczy, które nie zdarzają się w Polsce? Sharpton, Jackson, and a biased media.

At least Poland keeps killers in jail

169 aliens with homicide-related convictions were freed by ICE in 2013 . They booked out of detention facilities in 24 different states according to information provided to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). ICE records show that these convicted killers were associated with 96 different cities and towns across America, some in Ohio.

ICE does not specify how many, if any, of the homicide convicts have been removed from the country.

Sloopy Government work

Police Chief says: Get a gun

Detroit police chief James Craig – nicknamed “Hollywood” for his years spent in the LAPD and his seeming love of being in front of the camera – has repeatedly called on “good” and “law-abiding” Detroiters to arm themselves against criminals in the city.

His words have not fallen on deaf ears.

Patricia Champion, a 63-year-old lifelong Detroiter, a grandmother and retired educator, decided to get her concealed pistol license -- a CPL -- two years ago after her son said he was increasingly worried for her safety. Champion, a resident of northwest Detroit, mostly keeps her gun, a 9mm Glock 19 that set her back $600, in her house.

“That’s why I got it: because I’m going to be in the house. Now, if somebody chooses to come in and I didn’t invite you, between the Glock and the dog, you’re gone. If one doesn’t get you, the other one will.”

“The police are not going to protect you when something is being perpetrated on you. They may turn up after the fact and run after that person, but you have to protect yourself,” Champion says.

Control Freak

Thanks to first lady Michelle Obama and her "Let's Move!" campaign, it will be next to impossible for schools to hold bake sales, candy bar sales and other fund raising projects to send school children on field trips even to the nation's capital.

The 2010 Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act required the U.S. Department of Agriculture to set standards for all food and beverages sold during the school day, which includes vending machines, snack carts and daytime fundraisers.

Freedom to fund raise took a blow and liberty a back seat to egregious government overreach.
