New Ice Age?

Alaska is headed for an ice age. Temperature has dropped 2.4 degrees and 7 of the last 10 years have produced above-average freezing in the waters west of Alaska, seasonal sea-ice cover and thickness in the Bering Sea are higher than any time since record-keeping began four decades ago.

The cooling is widespread -- holding true for 19 of the 20 National Weather Service stations across Alaska. It's most significant in Western Alaska, where King Salmon on the Alaska Peninsula saw temperatures drop most sharply, a significant 4.5 degrees for the decade, the report says.

See earlier post James Lovelock, global warming scientist told the asininely liberal cable news channel msnbc.com he had been unduly “alarmist” about climate change.
