Both Head and McSpadden  are at the center of an ongoing Feguson Police Department investigation of an incident last month during which three vendors selling commemorative Michael Brown merchandise were assaulted. One of the victims, Michael Brown, Sr.'s mother-in-law, identified the pair as among the “attackers” who ransacked her stands and stole $400 in cash and merchandise valued at $1500.

A lot of stuff that comes out of her mouth makes no sense to anyone with a bit of intelligence, and the Democrats re-elected her to lead the minority party in the House.

I guess stupid is as stupid does. Both Pelosi and the Dems elected to the lower house as well as the people who voted for those candidates.

Japanese GDP fell for the 2nd quarter in a row making it official - as Zero Hedge warned a month ago - that Japan has entered a triple-dip recession.

Licensing illegals to drive easily passed last year with bipartisan support in the Oregon Democratic-controlled Legislature and was signed Democratic Gov. John Kitzhaber, who was re-elected Nov. 4.

Luckily, whacked out liberals who are a majority in Oregon who voted for legalizing recreational marijuana and expanding Democratic majorities in state government, decided by a margin of 66-34 to cancel a new state law that would have provided driver's licenses to people who are in the United States illegally.

Terry Turnage, a 50-year-old Memphis resident, who has fathered 26 children with 20 different women has been ordered by a judge to make child support payments, this time for a two-year-old Arkansas boy.

He was ordered to pay $60 per week, provide health care insurance and pay $365 in court costs.

I don't know what the greater joke is. The amount of offspring or the court's actions noting he supposedly worked at a McDonald's making less than $250 per week.

Perhaps the best court order would have been castration years ago, notwithstanding the stupid women he's been with over the years.

Maybe one of his kids will find a cure for cancer... like that will ever happen.

Headed for Third-World Healthcare

Obamacare was designed to improve access to health care for all Americans but critics say the law officially known as Affordable Care Act is causing many rural hospitals to close.

Those facilities in small towns across America serve many of society's most vulnerable, poorest patients — those least aware of how to stay healthy. Hospital officials contend that the law's penalties for having to re-admit patients soon after they're released are impossible to avoid and create a crushing burden.

Since 2010, 43 rural hospitals have closed, according to data from the North Carolina Rural Health Research Program and the pace of closures is quickening.

Back in the 1940s the federal government did much to create a network of rural hospitals to ensure even those living in sparsely populated areas would have access to health care. It was also a consideration point during the push for the new health law. But rural hospital officials and others say that federal regulators are now starving the hospitals they created with policies and reimbursement rates that make it nearly impossible for them to stay afloat.

The crux of the problem involves low Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements hurting these hospitals because more than larger hospitals it's how most of their patients are insured, if they are at all.

Some experts think one-third of all American hospitals will close by the year 2020.
